Part of humanitarian international law, focusing on the protection of civilians, oversees the rights of children in war. This set of rules can be called children's humanitarian international law. The main goal of this research is to look into the principles governing humanitarian law rules for protecting children during war and to analyze how this principle was violated in the war crime at Shajareh Tayyebeh School in Minab. So in this research, considering the topic and the importance of this field, the basic questions will be addressed: how do humanitarian law documents play a role in ensuring the protection of children as part of the civilian population in any war? Specifically, in the tragic and criminal disaster of the killing of 168 children at Shajareh Zeybeh School, how effective have the principles in humanitarian law documents been in deterring such acts? Considering these two main questions, we base the research hypothesis on the idea that this attack can be clearly seen as a war crime. The research method, considering the nature of the topic, objectives, data collection techniques, and basically the structure and organization, is descriptive-analytical. In this method, along with objectively describing the characteristics of a subject and providing information about it, the research also uses a library-based approach by referring to theoretical foundations related to the topic and gathering information from existing documents in humanitarian law, including conventions, treaties, and occasional Security Council resolutions.
